A Printing & Dyeing Wastewater Treatment & Reuse Project in Pakistan

The daily treatment capacity of the enterprise is 3000m³/d, and the water quality before treatment has the characteristics of high COD, high chroma and great change in water quality. In this project, Kaixin adopts the pretreatment + biological treatment + double membrane process to treat the printing and dyeing wastewater with complex water quality, high water quality fluctuation and high salt content, so as to make it meet the discharge standards. The implementation of the project solves the problem of wastewater discharge of enterprises, making it wordless discharge and stable production.

Textile printing and dyeing industry is a traditional production industry, with the development of printing and dyeing industry, its production of consumption and waste water has become one of the main pain points in the current industry. Dyeing and finishing process is to improve the appearance and feel of fiber and fabric, give it a certain applicability, aesthetic, functional, improve the added value. In the production process consumes a lot of water, dyes, auxiliaries and so on, if not effective treatment will cause consumption waste and cause great pollution to the environment.

In the process of dyeing and finishing, there will be a large amount of acid, alkali, dye, auxiliary consumption. The water quality of printing and dyeing wastewater is characterized by large amount of water, high concentration of pollutants, complex composition, toxic and harmful components and high chroma. At present, the annual output of the world printing and dyeing is about 800 ~ 900 thousand tons, and about 10% ~ 15% of the printing and dyeing components are discharged into the environment with the waste water in the production and use of printing and dyeing.
